Vinted Users Express Displeasure Regarding Size Modifications
Shoppers are voicing their frustration following a change that caused items being listed as the wrong size.
The second-hand shopping app has altered its measurement guidelines for female and kids' apparel without notifying all users about the change.

Many shoppers and sellers are posting online saying Vinted listings now show an altered size classification compared to what was initially listed due to the recalibration.
The company said the new system was more in line with similar services.
It has advised users to review their products and manually change the size if necessary, resulting in member annoyance.
Sizing System Updates
Earlier, the sizing featured one number and one letter, for instance S/8 or M/10.
The revised method features a letter and a range such as S/UK 8-10.
With some products, the sizing has been recategorised - for example a size L used to be a 12 but now shows as UK 16-18.

One content creator, who produces content about larger sizing, explained the modification "makes transactions more difficult".
"Not many brands say XL is a 20-22," the way the service now categorizes.
Stephanie Gallen, from Glasgow, explained products she uploaded featuring size 14 markings were appearing on the platform as larger sizing 20-22.
"If anyone [who is] size 20-22 buys them they will likely be quite upset," she explained.
Necessary Adjustments
Charlotte Lunn, from Derby, stated she felt frustrated due to the update requiring manual adjustment the sizes on "every single listing".
"Personally, this is quite irritating, because of my ongoing medical condition and platform income has been essential following partial earnings loss," she stated.
Platform Context
The service features exceeding 100 million shoppers, including 18 million in the UK.
It has emerged as a preferred choice versus similar marketplaces including eBay and Depop.
This represents another occasion when a surprising modification within the service has received backlash: last year, Vinted reversed a change regarding delivery choices after backlash from users.
